Today I dropped my Internet Multimedia class. I’m glad I was able to. It’s like a big weight’s been taken off my shoulders. A big dead weight. I wasn’t really learning anything new in there, and was actually back-tracking a lot, especially with video. We were using Movie Maker to…more or less “edit” our clips. To put it lightly, I’m not a fan of Movie Maker. I’m more of a Sony Vegas kinda guy. Everything else was stuff I could teach myself in a matter of minutes. It’s history now, and it won’t affect my GPA since Wednesday is the cut-off date for safe drops.
Another thing I’ll be glad that’ll be history is when this election is over. I’m so sick of the whole thing. Sick of the TV commercials, sick of the talk, sick of it all. Just put one of ‘em in office and SHUT UP! Nothing but a bunch of finger-pointing anyway. <_<;
I’m thinking about taking a class in the spring that travels to London and Paris. I’ve always wanted to go over there, and this might be a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. Hell, I’m doing good just to be able to go to a neighboring town/city. I’m gonna try to get my brother to go too. The hard part about the class is that the air-fare and lodging costs about $2500 per person. So if me and my brother went together, that’d be $5000 we’d have to save up by March. I think we can pull it off if we really want to go though. Then next fall, there’s another class that goes to Washington DC and New York, and it costs nothing to go except for stuff like food and things you might want to buy. I’d be crazy to pass that up. I’ll definitely be going on that trip next fall.
You guys got any recommendations for any good PC games out or coming out soon (besides Fallout 3)? And preferably something that doesn’t require an internet connection to play. =O

Wish I could drop some of my dead weight classes but sadly they’re mandatory to graduate.
And totally agree with the whole election thing. Honestly I haven’t seen so many defamation ads anywhere else but here in NC. In Kentucky there was maybe two at most. But here I see several daily! They’re so mean.
I mentioned a few games three entries ago :3 Farcry 2, Red Alert 3, Mirror’s Edge, and Prince of Persia are all coming out within the next few months.

Haha, me too man. It’s bad though when you sign up for something you think will be fun and it doesn’t really turn out as you thought it would…and somehow it becomes a heavier dead weight than the mandatory classes. o.o
And I’ll take a look into those games. I was in Wally-World a few weeks ago and I saw Crysis: Warhead in there. Thinking about picking it up as well. I’m still psyched about Chrono Trigger DS too. Fallout 3 has me wanting to replay the first two Fallouts now. xP
