Google Chrome

Well whaddya know? Google’s released a beta version of their new web-browser called Chrome. It’s a pretty minimalistic browser. No menu bars up on top as is in Opera or FF/Mozilla/Netscape and IE. I just installed it and it ain’t entirely too shabby. It takes a little getting used to though. A lot of people seem to think it’ll rival IE and a few actually think it’ll surpass IE in usage, but I’m not entirely too sure of that myself.

Anywho, go check it out if you haven’t already done so, it’s a nifty little browser. :3

Tried it as soon as it came out. Works pretty well. The “New Tab” page reminded me a lot of Opera’s Speed Dial. Once people start developing add-ons and such for it, I might just jump ship. But for now, I still like Opera more.

Yeah, I’m still a fan of the big O myself. xP

Speaking of browsers, I gotta say I’m rather disappointed in FF3. Not only does it take longer for the browser to load up, but it seems like it takes it forever to load webpages up as well. Only real use I get out of it now is for downloading vids from YouTube or seeing how a webpage design looks. =/

I haven’t tried chrome yet myself, but I’ve heard it’s moderately faster. I’ll stick with Firefox though :p
