Running Over People
So I’ve had a busy week. First few days of the week, I had some major troubles with my internet. Won’t bore you with the details, but figured out there was something wrong with the DNS server. Needless to say I was quite on edge till I figured that out. So basically my week started out like crap ’cause of that.
But hey on Tuesday things started getting better. Mainly that I bought me a copy of Grand Theft Auto IV. Now the only other GTA game I’ve played is San Andreas and that was for the PC. Even though it had a fairly decent story, I pretty much didn’t like it. Could be because the controls for the PC sucked or ’cause I played it almost a full three years after it was released and had played better GTA-style games already. So I was a little hesitant to buy GTAIV at first.
Fortunately my fears were quite unfounded as I’ve been having a blast playing. In the last five days, I’ve racked up almost 30 hours of play time which is pretty much all my free time. It’s also hella fun to play with friends; either trying the missions or going around causing havoc in the streets. So yeah I’ve had quite an action packed week. Will probably write a short little review later on if I feel like it. Needless to say if you’ve got a PS3 or 360 you should definitely go out and buy it.

Sorry to hear that your week started off bad, mate. I had a few hiccups with my connection as well for a while (and still am kinda).
Last GTA game I played was San Adreas too, and likewise I didn’t really care too much for it either…truth be told, after a while I didn’t really like Vice City either. If I’m gonna be shooting anyone or anything, I want it in first-person view unless there is something that can make up for it and then some. =P
Oddly enough, GTA 3 was a pretty alright game when it was new. Guess that was because it was the first GTA that was in 3D (or maybe not, I dunno).
