If any of you are movie goers you’ll know that this summer is going to be filled with some fairly big blockbusters. Most of you know about The Dark Knight, Indiana Jones, and Iron Man so I won’t say much about them except that I’m freakin’ psyched about them and can’t wait for them to come out.
So instead Ill talk about some of the lesser known movies coming out that I’m excited about. First up is Hancock starring Will Smith. No idea why but practically any movie involving Will Smith I can’t help but want to see. He’s not the best actor ever by far but something just draws me to him. Can’t really explain what this movie is about cause I don’t really know either. All I know is that Will plays an apathetic superhero who pretty much abuses his powers and doesn’t give a shit about what everyone thinks. The trailer will explain it better than I did. So yeah I’m looking forward to it. I like parody movies and superhero movies so with this and “Superhero Movie” coming out, I’m hoping that’ll hit the spot.
Next up is The Incredible Hulk. Yeah another Hulk movie. Despite what everyone else said about it I thought it wasn’t half bad. But yeah this time they’re going to stay truer to the comics. In this one they’re going to have the Hulk fight the Abomination which looks pretty bad ass. Not sure if this is supposed to be a sequel to the 2003 movie or not, but regardless it looks interesting. Oh yeah, and it has Edward freakin’ Norton in it.
And crap my brain just went out during that last paragraph. So I’ll just list the other movies that look awesome/fun. Wall-e, Hellboy II, Wanted, and Get Smart.
So yeah awesome lineup for the summer. Any movies coming out that you all are anticipating?
