Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Well, I got it and played it, and here are my thoughts:
First off, I didn’t actually get it. :P A friend of mine got it, and me and another friend camped with her to get it. Well, we were reserve 149/150 and we got our copy about 10 minutes after midnight, drove to my house, and popped it in.
1. Graphics update is great. Everything is smooth, stuff falls and floats and is really really excitable.
2. Characters are sharper, faster, and more “fighter-game” ish then ever before. My noyl problem was that a few were just SO Over-powered (MARIO and MARTH) it kinda detracted from play a bit.
3. A few stages are REAL big. REAL REAL big. The camera goes into janky angles sometimes and it weirds things out for a bit.
4. GREAT party game. Me, my brother, my buddy, and my other friend played for a good hour and a half and had a blast. Good music, fun starting characters, real cool stuff.
Overall: Real fun game, exactly what I’d expect from the SSB series. Fun, friendly, and only a little bit quirky.
Also, I should be getting a Wii tomorrow so I can buy SSBB off my friend. yay mroe camping!

I kinda want a Wii myself, but I dunno where I’d keep the damn thing. I’ve already got enough freakin’ consoles laying around as it is. xO
Feels kinda of like it would be a bit of a waste too, ’cause I’ve got this real puny TV set (15″ or so screen) and it only has one mono speaker. I’d like to try to find a larger one with stereo speakers before I buy a Wii (or any other console for that matter), you know? -sigh- Now I just need $800 for the TV and $200 for the Wii and I’ll be all set. V_V Dammit to hell, why is all the good stuff so bloody expensive?! Dx

Oh ‘em gee I just got done with a 7 hour gaming spree and my head huuurts D= It’s a hella awesome game and the characters are awwwesome. My only gripe is I DONT HAVE MY GAMECUBE CONTROLLER D=. Seriously it sucks controlling it any other way. Well not necessarily sucks, but Im just not used to it. The classic controller is the closest thing I’ve got so I’ll have to make due with that for now.
