I’ll follow Карло’s little trend of posting lots and put up a few links to some kick-ass Russian music (and an online rock radio!). I searched every nook and crany of the webs for some torrents of this stuff, but alas, ultimately I came up with nothing useable. As a last resort, I put iTunes on here and tried it, but it too, proved to be useless (can’t blame a guy for trying -shrug-). Sooo, I’ll probably just lay down a few bucks for some of these CDs here. Check ‘em out!

XXXL 18. Танцевальный – Various artists
Very awesome and amusing R-pop, apparently by various artists. I’m not usually a pop music fan, but this stuff here is something I think I would be willing to buy if I could find it in a store somewhere. I just might buy it from RD. The first track kinda reminds me of Cher for some reason. x3

USSR State Symphony Orchestra – Антон Аренский (Anton Arensky)
Some damn fine Russian classical performed in 1987 by the USSR State Symphony Orchestra and released 2007, composed by Антон Аренский and conducted by Евгений Светланов (Evgeny Svetlanov). Another CD which I want to buy. There is a slew of classical music on RD.com. I’m going to go back later and check through some more, but for now, this one is the one I like the most out of all I’ve heard. =3

Веданъ Колодъ (Vedan Kolod) – Танец Леших (Tanets Leshikh)
Some folklore music. Dunno if I’d buy this or not, but it’s certainly intriguing enough to listen to from the site.

www.nashe.ru – НАШЕ РАДИО (Nashe radio)
An online Russian rock radio station. The site doesn’t seem to have any options to switch to English, but you can listen to it via WMP (or possibly your prefered music player) by clicking on the image at the top center of the page that says Online Radio. ;3
