Seriously speaking, the only reason you’d ever need a rig like this is if you have a huge-ass 30 inch screen and want to play games at full resolution. But hey, if you had the money to drop on a 30 in screen, I’m sure you wouldn’t think much about dropping a few k on 3 graphics cards.

It would be nice to have $2K to blow on stuff like that, but I’d probably buy another 8800GTX and an Intel board with a Quad-core proc if I did. Don’t know what the hell I’d do with three of them things installed though. God knows one’s enough to get the job done with what I use it for. o_o
